This was a development of speculative offices for a private businessman/ developer. The project consisted of 2 2000sqft single storey pavilions forming a courtyard within landscaped grounds. Part of the development also consisted of forming surrounding grounds maintenance and storage facilities finished in cedar boarding. The open plan office space and the ancillary accommodation was fitted out to a high specification.
